Dr Rachel Roberts

Rachel is a GP, having started in 1993.  Rachel commenced in health care education in 1998 as a GP training scheme programme director in East London.  She is now Primary Care Education and Development lead for the North East and North Central London local office of Health Education England.  Her main objectives and interests are the development hand in hand of primary and community care education, workforce and services for population health.  Cross sector working is a main focus in her current role, and pilot work is in progress on testing innovative methods in education for new models of care.Rachel is a GP, having started in 1993.  Rachel commenced in health care education in 1998 as a GP training scheme programme director in East London.  She is now Primary Care Education and Development lead for the North East and North Central London local office of Health Education England. 

She is a clinical skills assessment examiner for the RCGP, and has a keen interest in support for trainees in difficulty.  She recently published "The CSA exam, maximising your success" with 2 other examiners and RCGP recent role player lead.  She has a special interest in supporting everyone to achieve their potential.
