Wing Commander Dudley Graham

Wing Commander Graham is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners whose service has principally been in the medical education field.

After completing a medical degree at Aberdeen University in 1989 where he was a UAS cadet, Wing Commander Graham undertook Initial Officer Training at Cranwell before training as a General Practitioner in RAF Germany. His early service saw him practise in Germany, Ascension Island and, on promotion to Squadron Leader, as SMO RAF Kinloss. In 1995, he provided medical support to 1Sqn during Op Deny Flight. Following completion of his SSC in 1997, he left to become a Civilian Medical Practitioner and GP trainer to the Army based in Dhekelia and Sennelager. In 2000, he left the military environment to pursue tropical medicine interests based in West Africa before returning as CMP to the Brigade of Gurkhas in Kathmandu in 2002. In Sep 05 he returned to Europe to take up post as CMP in SHAPE and thereafter at JHQ in Rheindhalen.

 In Nov 2010 Wing Commander Graham re-commissioned into the RAFMS and initially served as SO1GP and Advisor in General Practice before taking up post as Senior Lecturer in General Practice at RCDM in Apr 13. He became PHC Dean on 24 Aug 15.

  He has been an accredited GP trainer since 1997, a DMS appraiser since 2002, a panel member to the Board of Examiners of the Royal College of General Practitioners since 2008 and is an active case examiner and writer for the NRO GP Induction and Returner scheme. He is a Member of the Faculty of Travel Medicine (RCPS Glasgow).

Wing Commander Graham is married to Suzanne (a practice nurse) and they have 3 children. His interests include music and travel.
